I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt many many times only to be let down over and over again. At 11:54 I ordered 9 cheeseburgers with no onions. That's it... Simple right? Tell me why I got 9 plain cheeseburgers... So after I check the burgers, I go in to get them to correct it, and instead of them remaking my now cold burgers, they gave me 2 small contains of pickles with maybe 3 pickles each, and a baggie full of ketchup and mustard. Are you serious? You're paid to make the food the way the customer orders it correct? This is seriously the WORST McDonald's ever. And honestly I feel like it's been personal. They don't like me because I complain every time my food is messed up. I pay for the food I order, I expect it to be right. It's really not that difficult of a task.

Had to wait 15 min ans the fries were cold and greasy

Ordered a cold coffee. Wasn't the way I like, they fixed right away. Polite and courteous.

Got big breakfast. Eggs, 3 pancake, biscuit and sausage which I gave to my son. Delicious.

Drive thru good food

Normally pretty quick service normally.

Food tasted old, dry, stiff, & uncared for; I sooooooooooooo regretted eating it! 😶🙏🙄Please people, when we use your "Drive Thru, (through)" specially because your restaurant doors are now closed, & it's late at night, & we are so hungry that we drive to your location anyways, it's usually because we've been working very hard & have no strength left to cook our much needed meal, or because we are traveling long distances & need a little nourishment & you guys may be all that we find, or we are in a pinch & need a quick meal in between stops, WHATEVER THE CASE, the last thing any body needs is old food that's been reheated &/or refried all night long, please!!! 🙄 I would have gone back, if not so, so tired! Mercy!!! 🙏🙏🙏

They force you to use the kiosk even though they're standing right behind the cash register. Apparently they think because the kiosks is there they no longer have to work.

Worst I've been to! Waited awhile for the food and it wasn't even packed. Husband chicken sandwhich was cold and gross! Some of the food wasn't edible. Workers with attitude!

This place needs to have their employees take a simple reading class. I ordered Well Done Nuggets. Not only were they not well done they were cold. I know there is a wait for them, that is why I order them so they are fresh and hot. I waited a total of 1 min and they came out to my car. I asked the worker if they were well done and she ensured they were. 😡🤬

This is not a McDonald you want to visit. I requested fresh chicken nuggets and was told to pull up and wait. I waited about five minutes. I check my food and the nuggets are not fresh at all but actually old and not a good temperature for keeping. I don’t understand why they make you wait if they are not going to serve fresh food. Please save your money and head to cookout. You can’t expect people who are under paid to care about your food. My family will NOT return!

Excellent staff. I bought some chicken nuggets and when I got home they were stone cold, I gave them a call and they told me that they would take care of me if i came back. They did and gave me a bunch of extra stuff plus piping hot nuggets. Thank you !

Really nice people my hash browns were still nicely cooked

I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions. I received a hamburger (no cheese) covered in onions. I didnt think it was a hard order

So we pull up to. No one was on the line, no problem they are probably working we wait for about 3 minutes. when the intercom chimes in she acknowledges that we are here by asking what we want then immediately cuts to laughing and playing with someone else. Then the mic cuts out for the next minute so with no one answering we left. The way this played out i feel there was not work that needed to be done when we were waiting we were the only ones in line she was just ignoring us making us wait. So whoever was working the intercom on Sunday Feb 22 at 12:30 needs to be fire she is just costing the company money.

Not a fan of the kiosk system. Get rid of them please.i should get a discount if I have to do the cashiers job!

This is a consistently bad McDonald's location. They've forgotten entrees from my orders (for just 2 people, mind you) more times than not, over a sample size of probably 8 trips, and their professionalism is generally lacking. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because I've had a very pleasant experience recently with the late night shift--very friendly, quick, thorough, and gave us hot, fresh food. Anytime from regular breakfast, lunch, or dinner hours, though, has been quite bad. These a very well-earned 2 stars.

Had a little trouble with the new system but the people were very helpful and the food was excellent.

They should get rid of the kiosk and go back to real employees that are trained to be customer service professionals.

Slow service!!! Waited in the drive through for 15 mins and ended up getting out of line and leaving.

Unmotivated and unorganized workers. Had to wait 20 minutes for 1 kids meal.If the workers have time to stand around and “yell” and laugh at each other they should be able to cook fries and burgers 🙌🏻

Not work my time and money! Dirty and the workers are just their to and dont have any customer service skills. The food was cold and they did not seem to care about it. Trashed the food and went to Hardee's across the street for better service and food.

24 hours but never open when I stop in the morning. I always get the “we are currently not serving”. Evidently it’s not a 24 hour location!

Variable food quality at this location. They've improved the wait times, which had previously been long in the rush hour mornings.

Would give 5 stars but dinning tables are always dirty no matter if it's slow.

Understaffed, it took far too long to receive my simple order do to understaffing.

Iced coffee on point. However, They stopped serving all day breakfast for no reason. Honestly a deal breaker. Avoid if you just want breakfast. But the iced coffee really good!

The employees here tonight 2/8/2020 at 11:30PM are useless and need to be fired. I waited for over 5 minutes in drive-thru and no response at all and just left. That is ridiculous. There are so many kids and people in general looking for jobs in Fayetteville, the employee or employees working drive-thru can be fired and someone who will actually do their job can be hired. I will never come to this McDonald’s again.

It is a nice place to go for breakfast and lunch and for my grandson sit down To play And Eat My grandson love this place

Went in during middle of the night. Fresh food and manager was very sweet. Definitely a great place to eat

Just being honest, everyone I talked to or met was just beyond ignorant. No professionalism at the front counter. Talking to customers as if they are just random pieces of trash who come in the restaurant.

I had to pull up to wait for my order. After receiving my order, I noticed down the road that it was wrong. I went back thru the drive thru and at the second window, the young girl said you got to pull up to get your food. No I'm sorry we gave you the wrong order, would you mind pulling up please? NOTHING but an attitude! If you don't know how to speak to the public, you shouldn't be at the window!

Firstly if I ask to have a human take my order I mean it, you gotta don't pay me a salary to have me place my own order on a kiosk. Secondly since I placed it on the kiosk the order is literally written in a receipt yet you still manage to mess the order up smh....

It was ok. I just don't like what they have done inside were you have to place your own order.

When ever I go to this McDonald's they are always quick and courteous. They listen and always get my order right the first time. They have a great play place for children.

They seem to never get the order correct, drive thru or inside dining. No thank you, make sure you check your order prior to leaving or you will be driving right back 😶😶

No matter what time of day you go it takes them 20 minutes to get the order done and you have to pull off to the side to wait. How can you have that many employees but take 20 mins to make a happy meal.It's like a 1/6 lb. Hamburger and 8 fries. Prolly need to fire whoever manages this place and get someone incompetent (because that would be an improvement over someone who doesn't care) to run this place.
